Mazie’s Mission is proud to announce the generous award of a grant from the Meadows Foundation in the amount of $55,150.  The grant was awarded for the purpose of supporting Mazie’s SOS program with the purchase of a new digital processor to greatly enhance our diagnostics capabilities with injured patients, and to provide monetary assistance in the medical treatment of seriously ill SOS animals from local shelters. Our Chairman, Bruce Foster had this to say about the grant;

“We are extremely excited about our new relationship with the Meadows Foundation and their generous grant to help Mazie’s Mission. The grant will be dedicated to saving those animals that are residing in local shelters who are desperately ill or injured with just hours to live. Mazie’s Shelter Outreach & Support (SOS) program was designed to give these animals a second chance at life and the Meadows Foundation partnership will allow us to expand significantly the number of animals saved.”

We could not be more excited to receive the Meadows Foundation Grant! This is our 4th grant we have received in 2016.  We must continue to work to build a strong network of support to keep the Mazie’s Mission clinic, SOS program, Mazie’s On Wheels, and many other programs going to help our community.  We couldn’t do what we do without your generosity, support and donations.  Make sure to follow us on Facebook! We have so many great events and opportunities coming up.
